Ingredients
Chorizo, 170 gram(s)Red Pepper, 150 gram(s)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 largePasta spirals, 250 gram(s) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
1: Cut up all vegetables, toss in oil and cook in oven at 200 degrees celcius for 20 mins.

2: Cook pasta on stove till cooked. then drain.

3: Cut up Chorizo.

4: Add to vegetables when then have cooked for first 20 mins. Cook for further 20 mins.

5: When cooked add to drained pasta and toss through.
