Ingredients
12 Chicken Breasts - boneless and skinless12 tbsp. Picanti Sauce - Pace (we use hot)1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup -Campbells 25% less sodium1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning - McCormick 30% less sodium24 tbsp. Fat Free Sour Cream (Great Vaue)
Directions
Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle Taco Seasoning over chicken. Pour salsa and soup over chicken. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve over rice/noodles/mashed potatoes and top with 2 tbsp. of sour cream when serving.

Makes approximately 12 servings of 4 oz. each. Freeze leftovers - microwave and enjoy.

    Sorry, 6-8 hours cooking time, depending on how hot your crock pot stays.

    Reduced sodium Cream of Celery, or Cream of Chicken would work.
