2 Cups Sugar1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa1/2 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup Butter1/2 Cup Peanut Butter1 tsp. Vanilla Extract3 Cups Quick cooking Oats
Cover baking sheet with wax paper. In dutch oven, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in oats.
Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets, placing 2 inches apart. Refrigerate 1 hour. Remove from sheet and store in covered container.
