Grandma's Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
4 Ounces Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, shredded or diced fine7 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted4 large eggs1 1/2 cups skim milk1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

At the bottom of a 9" pie pan, place defrosted broccoli and shredded swiss.

In a blender, mix remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour blended ingredients into the pie plate. Place pie plate on top of a cookie sheet to prevent spills. Bake in oven until nicely browned, about 30 minutes.

Makes 4 large slices.
