Tofu, extra firm, 300 grams (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
cut tofu in one inch cube and marinade in soy sauce, ginger and lemon juice. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion and broccoli, add tofu and add salt and hot pepper, cover and cook for another five minutes until the vegetables tender bur crisp. Serve with plain boiled rice or chinese chow mein noodles.
