Pork Stew with Beans

Ingredients
1 lb cooked pulled pork shoulder4 medium yukon gold potatoes, diced1 can garbanzo beans, undrained1 can black beans, undrained2 cans Rotel tomatoes w/ chili2 Tbsp habenero salsa1 can chicken broth8 cans water1 Tbsp garlic w/ herbs1 Tbsp oregano1 Tbsp salt free spicy blend seasoning1 tsp cumin
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serving size: 1 cup. I served over 1 cup quinoa (see picture - quinoa not included in nutrition).
