Ingredients
Green Peppers 2 cup, strips , raw, Onion1 large Chopped Green Onions, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices Pure Wesson Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 27 ounces Tones Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spice your chicken and cook for approx 30 minutes or until done. While chicken is cooking, slice the peppers and onions. Slice chicken long ways in thin strips approx 1/8 of an inch. Turn on electric skillet to 300 and heat oil. When oil is hot add, onins, peppers, mushrooms and water. Put lid on it and let it set for 5 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes, add chicken strips and sesoning on top of chicken. Put lid on and let it set for 10 minutes. Stif one more time and let it set for 5 more minutes and it's ready to eat. Makes 12 servings. Good on bread, tortillas or on a plate.
