3 Cups Unbleached Flour1/4 cup Sunflower Oil2 tsp Baking Powder.25 tsp salt1 cup No Fat Milk
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, oil, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix and then knead for at least 30 seconds.
Cover dough to prevent drying.
Break dough into four even parts.
Roll out dough into 10 to 12 inch rounds, depending on how thick you like your bread.
Pam a cookie sheet or two. Place dough on sheets and place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes (the longer they are in, the crispier they will be).
Remove and cut each round into four pieces each.
Makes 16 servings.
