Chinese Cole Slaw

Ingredients
5 cups Nappa Cabbage, coarsely chopped1 cup Carrots, shredded1/2 cup green onions, chopped1 can (8oz) water chestnuts2 TBSP sesame seeds, toastedDressing:1/4 c. canola oil1 tsp dark sesame oil2 TBSP sugar1 TBSP cilantro, minced1/2 tsp pepper1/2 c. rice vinegar1 TBSP soy sauce
Directions
Toss vegetables. in separate bowl combine dressing ingredients and mix. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Toss again before serving. 1 serving = 3/4 cup.
