Couscous Soup

Ingredients
7 cups Vegetable broth2 pinches red pepper flake1 cup couscous1.5 cups small chopped broccoli1.5 cups small chopped cauliflower4 sundried tomatoes
Directions
Bring broth, olive oil, and pepper flakes to a boil. Take off of heat and add couscous. After two minutes add broccoli and caulifower. After two more minutes serve in bowls with diced sundried tomatoes on top.
