Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 med banana2 tbs ground flax1 tbs almond butter2 cups washed fresh baby spinach5 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients well. Note: Make sure to place the spinach closest to the blades of your blender. I have a magic bullet type blender, so the spinach goes in last. You can't even remotely taste it. These are AMAZING!! Great boost of energy in the morning. :)
