Soy Yogurt Pancakes

2 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1.5 Tsp Baking Powder2 Tsp Baking Soda2 Tbsp Flax Seed1.5 C Soy Milk2 Tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Make a well in dry ingredients, pour in liquid ingredients
3. Stir with a whisk until until batter is smooth enough to pour
4. Heat a nonstick griddle or large skillet.
5. Ladle batter to form 3-4 inch pancakes
6. Cook on both sides until golden brown
