Ingredients
1 Flour Tortillas,1/4 tsp Olive Oil, 1 oz extra lean ground beef1 Tbsp tomato juice1 Tbsp tomato paste1/2 tsp dried Rosemary, 1/2 Tbsp dried pepper flakes 1 Tbsp finely diced onion1/2 clove garlic pressed1 tsp dried parsley
Directions
In skillet, brown meat, drain any fat.
In bowl, mix tomato juice, tomato paste, rosemary, pepper flakes, onion, garlic, parsley. Add meat

Brush tortilla with olive oil, top with meat mixture, Cook in pre-heated 350 oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
