Stuffed Turkey Burgers (Roasted Red Pepper and Mozz cheese)

Ingredients
2.5 lbs of turkey buger1.5 cup mozz cheese1 cup roasted red pepper
Directions
Make patties (7) split in two make a little bowlish out of one half, put some cheese and peppers in bowl cover with other side of the patty making sure to seal all around the edges so it won't fall out when cooking.
I freeze all but the ones I will eat in freezer paper (seperatly).

Grill them for about 10-12 min or you can put them on the griddle.
