Peanut Butter & Jelly Pudding

1 Box Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (large box)3 cups 1% Milk (use fat free if you like)1/4 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky, your choice)3/4 cup All Fruit Spread (no sugar) 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free (fat free)
With electric mixer, make pudding according to package directions.
Add peanut butter and mix well untill smooth. (Obviously if you're using crunchy peanut butter, it won't be smooth.)
Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until well chilled.
To serve: Heat fruit spread in microwave until warm and runny.
Spoon pudding into bowls and top with 2 Tbsp fruit spread and 2 Tbsp Cool Whip.
Yummy, and under 300 calories. Not bad for a dessert this good!
