Minty lamb patties

Ingredients
400g ground lambzest of 1 lemon1 jumbo egg, beaten1 tbsp dried mint100g breadcrumbs1 medium onion, finely chopped2 tbsp flour2 tbps oil
Directions
Add lamb, onion, egg, bread crumbs, mint and lemon zest together
Mix well by hand
Form 12 small patties
Pat flour on each pattie
Fry for 4 minutes each side, or to liking
Searve on mini pitas and enjoy!
