Crock Pot Lasagna

12 Lasagna Noodles Uncooked1 tsp Italian Seasoning1.25 lbs Ground Turkey 93/728 0z Spaghetti Sauce1/4 cup water16 oz 2% Cottage Cheese2 Cups 2% Mozzarella Cheese
Spray bottom of slow cooker with non-stick spray
Break noodles in half and line the bottom of the pan with a third of the noodles
Stir Italian seasoning into browned ground turkey (add onion and garlic)
Spread half of the noodles over the noodles
Combine sauce, water and benfiber and layer a third over the meat.
Then layer half the mozzarella and then half the cottage cheese over the saice.
Repeat layer and top with a thirf of the lasagna noodles, sauce and cheeses.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Do not cook for over 5 hours.
