Baked Oregano Chicken

Ingredients
2 - 6 oz. pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast,21 Tbsp. Plain Bread crumbs1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 tsp. Dried oregano 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder1/8 tsp. Pepper, black1/8 tsp. Onion powder1/8 tsp. Paprika 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Directions
Heat oven to 425ºF. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Remove fat from chicken. Pound out to even thickness.
In shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Spread mustard on all sides of chicken. Coat chicken with bread crumb mixture. Place in pan.
Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

Serves 2 - 6 oz. a piece
