Lime-cilantro tilapia

Ingredients
1 lb. tilapia fillets1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Juice of 2 fresh limes 2 cloves garlic, minced4 Tbsp. raw cilantro, chopped4 Tbsp. asiago cheese, grated1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cracked black pepper
Directions
Mince garlic and whisk together with oil and lime juice. In separate bowl, combine grated cheese, salt, pepper and cilantro.

Place fillets in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Pour juice mixture over, then sprinkle fillets with cheese mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
