Oatmeal Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup raisins1 cup nonfat vanilla or strawberry yogurt1 large egg, beaten lightly2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Lightly grease 1/2 cup muffin tins (or use paper liners)
In bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, yogurt.
In another bowl, wisk together yogurt, eggs, and oil.
Stir yogurt mixture into the batter until it is just combined.
Fill 10 muffin cavities and bake 22-25 minutes
Yield: 10 servings (1 muffin per serving)
