Ingredients
1 Mango, peeled & diced1/2 C peeled, diced cucumber1 TBSP finely chopped jalapeno1/3 C diced red onion1 TBSP lime juice1/3 C roughly chopped cilantro leavesSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine the mango, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
