1 cup Quaker low-fat oat or bran muffin mix1 cup ground flax1 cup oat bran1 cup wheat germ1 cup old-fashioned oats1 cup frozen cranberries, blueberries, mashed bananas, dates or whatever you'd likeWater to consistency you want
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together all ingredients, stirring in each addition and adding water last.
Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick spray. Split the batter between them.
Bake for 40 minutes. Test after about 35 with a toothpick inserted into centre of loaves.
This is my breakfast, so I end up getting about 4 servings per loaf. I cut off a big piece and have that. It keeps me full all morning.
