Maple Lane Whole Wheat Vegan Frozen Pie Crust, 2 thawed out crustsBlueberries, fresh, 2 cup Apples, fresh, 2 cup slices Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cupSmart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, 1cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Crumb topping:
Crumble up one pie crust. Add 2 tbsp turbinado sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 ounce of chopped walnuts.
Mix all other ingredients together and fill up pie shell. Dot with butter. Put crumble mix over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more.
