Ingredients
Directions
apple slices- 1 cup pancake mix- i used about 3 tablespoonswater- just enough so the batter will not be too thin or too thickbutter, unsalted- 1 tablespoonbrown sugar- 3 tablespoonwhite sugar or artificial sugar- 1 packet, about a tablespoon or lesssalt- just a dashnutmeg, ground- a dashcinnamon, ground- a dashpam- a spray on your flat pan
Makes 1 Serving
1. Take the skin off the apple and slice them up to be 1 cup.
2. Get a small mixing bowl and add about 3 tablespoons of pancake mix. Add the water to the bowl and make sure the mix is not too thin or too thick. If it is too thin, add another tablespoon of the pancake mix.
3. In a small saucepan, add the tablespoon of butter to melt. When it is halfway melted add the apples, brown and white sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix it all up and put the lid on it with the heat on low.
4. Get a flat pan and heat it up with a spray of pam.
5. When it is heated, add the pancake mix into the pan. You can pour the mixture in the middle and start to rotate the pan circular so that the mix is thin and flat around the pan.
6. Check the saucepan with the apples and give it a final stir. You can shut the heat off that and put the lid on it.
7. The crepe should be done to flip. Be careful to not tear the crepe. After both sides are done. You can start to plate it up.
8. I used a flat plate and put the crepe on it flat. I then added the apple mixture and folded my crepe in half.
Bon Apetite!!!
