1 lb boiled shrimp2 red ripe tomatoes1 cucumber2 avocados1/2 c scallions1 tbsp cilantro3 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Buy cooked shrimp to make this easy. Cut up vegetables to a good size. Mix all ingredients. Shake it up. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
