* *Safeway 15-Bean Soup Mix (dry), 2 cup * Beans, black, 1.5 cup * Lentils, 2 cup * *BBQ Sauce, All Natural: Trader Joe's, 1 cup (or more to taste) * *Ketchup, Trader Joe's Organic, 1 cup * *French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 3 tbsp * Molasses, .25 cup * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp * Chili powder, 2 tbsp * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp * *worchester sauce, 3 tsp * *Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp
Mix all beans and lentils.
Cook beans according to bag directions (approximately 90-120 minute).
when beans are soft, drain.
mix all the other ingredients together, then add beans, stir.
Place the beans in a large baking dish and bake, covered, in oven for 60 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed, and beans are desired texture. Add water during baking if needed.
