1 chicken breast boneless, skinless1 can of evaporated milk2 tablespoons of flour(wholewheat preferred)1 oxo cube (chicken)2 tablespoons of basil4 cups of no yolk (broad) egg noodles
cook the chicken or use already prepared chicken.
in a sauce pan- one can of evaporated milk and 2 tablespoons of (whole wheat) flour mix well and cook until boiling. reduce heat and thicken. make noodles separate. the chicken cube and the basil goes in the milk and flour once heated. enjoy this makes about 2 servings
