Ingredients
# Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 425 grams/15 OZ# *Evaporated fat free skim milk 12 oz can # Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup # Salt, .5 tsp # *Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tsp# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp# Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into 9" sprayed pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min., then at 325 for 45 min. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
