Mexican Casserole with Corn Bread

1 Can Black Beans1 Can Diced Tomatoes1 Can creamed Corn1 lb lean Ground Beef1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup Chopped Onion8 tsp. Spanish Garden's Taco Seasoning1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix1/3 cup Skim Milk (for corn bread)1 large egg (for corn bread)
Preheat oven to 400
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add everything except the cornbread mix, milk, and egg to the beef.
Place in 13x9 casserole dish
Prepare corn bread mix according to direction on box.
Pour corn bread mix over the beef mixture in the Casserole dish, be sure not to mix.
Bake for 15-20 or until the cornbread is golden brown.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
Makes 8 servings
