Pumpkin Pie Protein Cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp Pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie mix)3 tbsp 1% milk1 large egg3 tablespoons Torani Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup1/4 tsp nutmeg (more if you love it like i do!)1/4 tsp cinnamon1 scoop Syntrax Nectar Sweet Vanilla Bean Torte Protein Powder3 tbsp Arrowhead Multigrain pancake / waffle mix1tsp Smuckers Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
Directions
Mix everything together in a 4 cup measuring cup or small microwave safe bowl - blend well!!

Microwave about 2ish min - depends on your microwave. Cake should be firm but not rubbery. Should pop right out onto a plate.

I slice mine in half vertically, spread 1 tsp of Smuckers Sugar Free Caramel sauce on, replace top and let it melt in (included in calories - reduce by 15ish calories if you omit it)
