Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients
4 oz low fat cream cheese1 cup egg beaters1/3 cup fat free half and half3 cups shredded mozzarella, divided1/4 cup shredded parmesan1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp italian seasoning1/2 cup pizza saucePizza toppings of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix the cream cheese and egg beaters together until smooth. Add parmesan and half & half. Continue mixing. Add garlic powder and italian seasonings. Spray a 9x 13 baking dish with non stick spray. Spread 2 cups of mozzarella cheese into pan. Pour the egg batter evenly over the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned.

Spread pizza sauce over crust and add toppings of choice. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
