Oats, 1 cup *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 8 tbsp, softened Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup *Flour, white, 1.25 cup Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
preheat 375. put oats in shallow baking pan, place in oven. bake about 10 min or until toasted, stirring once. remove from oven. grind oats to fine powder using food processor or blender.set aside.
put butter in large mixing bowl. beat with electric mixer on med-high for 30 sec. Add sugar and baking soda. beat until uncombined. Add yogurt,eggs,and vanilla and beat until combined. Beat in flour, then oats. stir in chocolate chips.
drop dough by the rounded spoonfuls onto un greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. bake 10 min until cookies are browned. cool on wire rack.
