Chicken Scallopini

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.5 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. oreganosalt & pepper to taste.25 cups parmasean cheese2 eggs beaten1 cup white winejuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
beat eggs in a bowl, set aside
mix flour, parmasean cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper together, place in shallow dish
pound each chicken breast until thin, dip in egg and coat with flour mixture
coat a skillet with cooking spray and fry each piece of chicken until browned on each side
place chicken in baking dish
when last piece of chicken is fried, place wine and lemon juice in the skillet and scrap sides
pour wine mixture over chicken
cover chicken with foil and bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes until cooked through
