16 oz Salsa1/2 C Sour Cream2 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes2 Cups cooked chicken2 Cups Monteray Jack cheese8 Corn Tortilla's2 Tblspn green onions
Mix sour cream, chili powder, red pepper flakes, 1 Cup salsa, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.
Spoon 1/8 of mix on a corn tortilla down the center, fold sides in and put with seam side down in 9x11 pan.
Pour remaining salsa on top and sprinkle some shredded cheese.
Cover and back at 350 degrees for 40 min.
Remove cover and sprinkle with green onion.
Serves 8
