Seaweed, laver, about 0.5 sheet soaked overnight in waterKiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium Apples, fresh, 0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 50 mL Flax Seed, 0.3 tbspBrewer's Yeast, 0.1 tbsp Honey, 0.5 tbsp
Soak the seaweed overnight. Peel and cut up fruit, add all ingredients to blender, plus a pinch of salt and 4 to 5 ice cubes. Mix ca. 1-2 mins on high.
