Crock Pot Spicy Hot Chili

2 lbs Ground Chuck4 cans (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes2 cans (16 oz) Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained2 cans (15.5 oz) Cannellini Beans, Drained46 oz Spicy Hot V8 Juice1 cup Chopped Onion1 cup Copped Bell Pepper, Mixed Colors3/4 Chopped Celery1/4 cup Dried Parsley1/4 cup Dried Chives2 Tbl sp Chili Powder2 tsp Smoked Paprika3 Bay Leaves1 Tbl sp Olive OilSalt and Pepper to Taste
In a skillet, heat olive oil over med heat. Add onion, bell peppers, celery and bay leaves to the skillet, cover and cook for 10 min at med/low heat. Discard bay leaves and put sauteed vegies into 6 quart crock pot.
Use the same skillet to brown the burger with the smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Drain burger and add to crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients and spices. Cook on low for 4 hours or untill heated thru. Makes 24, one cup servings.
