Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups ice2 cups non fat milk1 large banana mashed or cut in pieces20 strawberries (fresh or frozen)1 6 0z. Yoplait fat free light vanilla yogurt1-2 tsp ground flax seed (optional - adds nutritional value only)
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until all mixed. Serves 3-4.
