Coffee House Iced Vanilla Latte

8 oz. cold-brewed coffee*1/2 cup lowfat milk1 T. non-dairy creamer (adds creamy texture to the drink)2 T. sugar free vanilla syrup
To cold brew your coffee: Put 1 oz. coffee grounds in a coffee filter and tie with butcher string (make 3 of these "coffee pods"). Add these coffee pods to 1 1/2 quarts cold water and leave on the counter for 24 hours. Remove and discard the coffee pods and refrigerate cold brewed coffee for up to 3 weeks.
*you can also use your leftover coffee from the morning, chilled in the refrigerator.
Pour 8 oz. coffee over ice, add the milk, sugar-free syrup and creamer. Stir and enjoy!

It is a coffee filter with 1 oz. coffee grounds, tied with a string. You put 3 of these "coffee pods" into the pitcher of water to cold brew your coffee
