Barb and Ed's Killer Guacamole

Ingredients
1/2 Onion - chopped fine1 Jalapeno - chopped fine1/4 Cup Cilantro - choppedSalt & Pepper to taste4 Ripe Avocados - diced (approx. 10 oz.)2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
Directions
In a food processor, combine the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt & pepper. Using the back of a fork, mash the vegetables until they begin to release their juices.

Add the avocados and lime juice and stir to combine.

    Love this is all fresh ingredients but if the recipe is for four servings it would be one avocado per serving which would make the calorie count more than double indicated. - 10/11/11

    I think the calorie count and fat count might be off. If you use 4 avocados and divide the recipe into 4 then each person would be getting a whole avocado. Right? Still healthy! - 4/1/11
