Raspberry Lemon Sauce

1 pint Raspberries, fresh1oz Orange juice, fresh squeezed1tsp Lemon peel or zest (just cut up some peel)1tsp Honey
In a small sauce pan combine raspberries, orange juice, and lemon peel. Heat on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once raspberries have burst and broken down, sauce will be bubbling slightly. Stir in honey and heat for 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat to cool. Store in a air-tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Makes approximately 6 heaping teaspoon servings.
