Ingredients
4 Cups cooked Brown Rice8 oz Lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onions & green peppersI can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano4 envelopes of slendaseason with garlic powder to taste 1 can black beans drained2 tsp taco seasoning or to taste
Directions
Brown onions and peppers in a little olive oil or just spray pan. Add turkey and cook until crumbly. Add rice stir until warm then add one can of dice tomatoes.and black beans, Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and splenda. Mix well and let cook on low to let flavors blend. One serving is 1 cup. Makes approx 7 servings
