Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
10 Medium red Potatoes2 Tbsp Olive oil1 small onion chopped2 small banana peppers chopped1/4 cup water
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add the onion and peppers. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cubed potatoes. (Leave skin on). Cook until tender. Ad water to help keep potatoes from stickin to the pan (about 1/2 way through the cooking).
