healthy pumpkin muffins

1 c. all purpose flour1 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. oat bran4 tbsp. flax seed1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ground nutmeg1 tsp. ground allspice1.5 tsp. grounjd cinnamon.5 ground cloves1 can pumpkin puree3/4 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. applesauce1 c. organic low fat vanilla yogurt2 egg whites1 egg1/3 c. water
Directions
mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and mix. Bake 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
