Ingredients
2 Egg Whites or 1/4 c egg beaters1 pkg (any flavor) Weight Watchers Smoothie Mixwater (optional)
Directions
Beat egg whites with smoothie mix. Add enough water to make the consistency of pancake mix. Cook in medium hot skillet sprayed with Pam for about 2-3 min on each side. Serves one.
