2 tbs Sugar1/8 tsp Cinnamon ground4 ea Apples (sliced crosswise in 1/8 inch thick rounds)
1. Heat oven to 225 degrees.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
3. Arrange apple slices on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper; sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake one hour; peel apples off parchment and return to paper.
5. Continue baking until golden and crisp, 30 minutes more.
