Canned salmon salad

Ingredients
1 six oz canned pink salmon 1 medium tomato, finely chopped1 TBL finely chopped fresh cilantro2 TBL lite mayo1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp course ground mustard1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Directions
Drain and rinse salmon. Mix all ingredients, chill and serve over your favorite salad greens.
