Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
onion (sliced), 3 frozen chicken breasts, 2 raw potatoes cubed, 1 packet onion soup mix, 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Layer onion slices on bottom of crock pot, place chicken on top, layer potatoes next (can add 2 raw carrots sliced if desired), sprinkle onion mix over potatoes, pour soup over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes about 6 servings (half a chicken breast plus app. 0.75 cups potato mixture)
