Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey14 oz. can diced tomatoes15 oz. can black beans14 oz. can corn1-1/2 oz. packet chili mix1T ground flax1/4 C water1 C brown rice
Directions
Cook rice.

Brown turkey. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cook over low heat 10 min.

Serve over rice.

    I used tomatoes with chili's in it too, forgot to serve with rice, and let it simmer for a couple hours, whew that was hot! It was a very tasty, SUPER easy chili - 4/23/08
