Ingredients:*100% Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Diamond Crystal Salt Sense Real Iodized Salt, 0.25 tsp *Butter, Land o Lake Butter, 4 tbsp softened*vanilla flavoring, .5 tsp *Bananas, Raw (1 Medium Banana), 3 serving, mashed*egg, Organic Valley Large Brown Egg 1 whipped*Splenda Granulated, .75 cup*Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar, 2 tsp
Directions
mash bananas in processor. add whipped egg, vanilla and softened butter. combine all dry ingredients except brown sugar. add to banana mixture. pour into bread loaf sprayed with pam. sprinkle brown sugar on top. 350 degrees 45 minutes
