2 large eggs, beaten1 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes1 large red tomato, sliced1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
Makes 1 big serving.
1. Fried the potato cubes till a bit crispy (try avoid burn them or will taste nasty!).
2. Pour in the beaten eggs onto the potatoes, similar like cooking omelet.
3. Serve with sliced tomato and cucumber. (For me, I'll pour some chili sauce as I like chili sauce for extra flavour!)
